We ask for date of birth at signup. CounselArc is for high-school students aged 13 and older — we don't create accounts for anyone younger, and we don't store data from attempts that don't meet that bar. Your DOB stays with your account and never leaves without your permission.
No. When a student is enrolled in a school that uses CounselArc, their seat is covered by the school license. Family features remain available at no additional cost.
Yes. The Family plan works independently of whether a student's school is a partner.
